Cleaning Specialist (Part-Time)

Department:Cleaning/Janitorial

Location:Palm Coast, FL

POSITION SUMMARY:

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME AS WE NEED PEOPLE THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.

 

Part-Time (W-2) positions available.Must have transportation and a smart phone (for cleaning schedule).Must be available to work on Saturdays to start, and can lead to more hours.Must be willing to undergo a background check/screening. Properties change on a weekly basis.

 

Cleaning pay is determined by the property size and or per project. Cleaning technicians will work with our team/crew or alone for the day.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.Clean and sanitize bathrooms.Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators.Restock supplies in bathrooms.Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered. Cleaning windowsills and windows.Maintain cleaning equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Driver’s License (required).Previous cleaning experience preferred.Military Veterans are welcome.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong client/customer service skills.Ability to follow oral and written instructions.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to work independently, as well as work effectively with a team.Organized, reliable, and responsible.Basic knowledge of cleaning products and/or willing to learn.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Work is performed primarily indoors, within climate-controlled spaces.
