SeaGate Homes is currently looking for a Warranty Manager who will be responsible for overall performance and service provided by the Warranty Department. The Warranty Manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality warranty service and homeowner satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage warranty service processes and systems to ensure timely completion of customer submitted warranty service requests.
Respond to all warranty service requests submitted by customer via telephone, e-mail and/or facsimile.
Contact and schedule appointments with customers to review submitted service requests
Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantable in a professional manner
The ability to say "no" and overcome objections in a professional manner
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and/or material deliveries to complete repairs covered under warranty
Follow up, inspect and insure completion of all repairs
Manage all related warranty service expenses
Handle multiple tasks and projects within designated timeframes
